What’s NOT on the box

A while back I mentioned how I don’t care for the slogan on Graco products, “Ask moms who know.” A short while later I was contacted by the PR manager from Graco and we talked for a while about the slogan and the company in general. In the course of discussion, she mentioned that they may be moving away from that slogan.

Well, I was recently gifted the Graco Sweetpeace newborn soothing center and there was no slogan to speak of on the box. While it is still used on their website, it looks like they’re moving in the right direction.

    I feel that most companies are not up to date. I am a single dad myself and understand that most companies are still targeting moms. In sense making men feel like incompetent of rasing kids. At least someone is making it right, by getting in touch with these company to revise there slogan.
