What is Your Ultimate Family Vacation?

Today’s topic of choice is family vacations. Heck Spring is here already and it is time to think about family vacations. Where do you want to go? Where have you been? And how do you manage to bring the family? My wife and I find it difficult to vacation with 5 little rugrats running in all different directions and we plan more low scale and shorter time family vacations. Maybe a weekend trip camping.

We are the family of day trips. We wake up early, travel, spend the day somewhere, and arrive home that same night. It is just hard with 5 kids staying too long away from the house.

But looks like Family Phil already went on his ultimate family vacation of a life time. Where else other than the well known DisneyLand in California.

What is your ultimate family vacation and have you gone on it yet? I can always think of places I want to go with my wife but when you toss in all the kids the entire dynamics and where I would choose to go changes very quickly.
