The Perfect Potty Training Rewards Calendar (Boy)

by steve on October 14th, 2006

The following is a calendar that can help those who are in the middle of potty training. There is one specific to girls too. Just follow the link. Below is an image and product description…

The Perfect Potty Training Rewards Calendar (Boy) - $19.99
The Perfect Potty Training Rewards Calendar (Boy) “I live in Utah and ordered a potty doll for Christmas. I was told it would not arrive in time but Aaron let me pick it up from the warehouse and he even stayed a few minutes late to meet me. Please tell him thanks!” Christa Zebar, UT

It is easier to potty train when you have the right attitude and supplies! This potty training calandar positively reinforces appropriate behavior each and every time your child uses the potty. When it arrives your child will be thrilled to know what is behind the little doors - works great to get them on the toilet the very first time or if you have a child that just is not interested in potty training and you need something new.

    Hey Mate,
I am sure this is a great product and thats the reason for the link, but its always a good idea to be extremely transparent and note that you get a kick back out of people buying through your link.

    TIA

I supposed this is a debate for another forum, but what does it matter if Steve gets a kick back or not? We all still have to pay the same price regardless.

And might I add that once you’ve hung around here long enough, you’d know that Steve wouldn’t be pushing a substandard product just to make a penny. He’s just providing info here so we can make-up our own mind whether to buy it or not.

Hsien, thanks for the kind words. After 4 kids potty training can be a huge issue. One that can take months and months and months. Sometimes it takes a week. But anything that makes potty time fun and interactive can really make things a lot easier. Moms may know this, but dads are a bit new to the entire stay at home thing and after personally learning the hard way, I thought it would be nice to share some of the things that make my life easier.

I understand that its normal when you point to something that you like and it has an affliate link, you link with that and I am sure that Steve isn’t just linking to it just because it might make him some money and that is the exact reason why a little disclaimer is called for and isn’t a problem! Have a look at how someone like Darren Rowse (www.problogger.net) handles these types of things.

JMTC and keep up the great work,

If you want to bring up Darren at ProBlogger, here’s the discussion

It is hardly as cut and dry and you think.

    Hey Hsien,
Thanks for the link, was too lazy to go find it myself. I agree its not cut and dry. The reason I bring it up is that I have an opinion on it and seeings as blogs are all about opinions and conversation, when I see a case of this, I normally bring it up.

In the end, my thoughts are just that, thoughts and in the end Steve has to make up his own mind as to what works for him and it won’t change my reading habits of the site either way.

That’s cool. I just got the feeling you were chastizing Steve when he’s about as upstanding a guy as I can think of. Thanks for the conversation.
