See this is how it’s supposed to be. According to Illinois law there are no age restrictions on receiving Gun ID Cards which are required for residents to purchase or possess firearms or ammunition. I reside in Bangor, Maine and a law was just passed making it illegal to smoke in cars. The main concern is lighting up in a closed space with children present.
